Earning with TasQ

Earning with TasQ

TasQ allows contributors to turn idle compute resources into a consistent revenue stream. By joining the TasQ network, you process real workloads from clients worldwide, with all activity tracked and rewarded through our zero-knowledge ledger system.

How It Works

1. Sign Up and Connect

  • Create a profile on the TasQ dApp, using either Web2 login (email/password) or Web3 authentication (MetaMask, WalletConnect).

  • Download and install the TasQ Node Client, available for Linux, Windows, and macOS.

  • Run initial hardware benchmarking so the ledger can assess your capacity and match you with suitable tasks.

2. Contribute Compute Power

  • The TasQ scheduler assigns jobs to your node based on CPU/GPU availability, bandwidth, and past reliability.

  • Tasks run inside secure, isolated containers, ensuring you never access sensitive client data.

3. Earn TasQ Credits

  • For every completed task, you earn TasQ Credits (1 credit = $1).

  • All credits are recorded on the Optimism chain for full transparency.

  • Credits are non-transferable placeholders until redeemed.

4. Redeem Earnings

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25.

  • Payouts in ETH or TASQ token, processed via Ethereum mainnet or Optimism.

  • 20% bonus if payout is in TASQ token.

Strategies to Maximize Earnings

  • Maintain High Uptime: Nodes online 24/7 receive priority jobs.

  • Upgrade Hardware: More cores, faster GPUs, and better network speeds increase task allocation rates.

  • Run Multiple Nodes: Operate several verified nodes across different locations for redundancy and higher task intake.

  • Earn via In-House Backbone: Participate in TasQ’s hosted supercomputer pools when launched, funded through token grants.

Workflow:

[Join Network] → [Run TasQ Node] → [Receive & Process Tasks] → [Ledger Verification] → [Credits Awarded] → [Redeem in ETH/TASQ]
